我不懂搖滾樂，不能寫出像樣點的評論，剛在youtube找到以前高中很喜歡的一首歌，當時所聽的少少的西洋歌曲幾乎都是因在泡沫紅茶刁牌而學到的，而肉塊合唱團的I’d do anything for love就是有那麼一段時間常在MTV台強力放送的歌曲，媽呀，第一次聽到我就感動得要命。
雖然當時零用錢並不多，真的掏錢出來買的專輯大概都是Bon Jovi,Bryan Adams,Michael Jackson,Take That之類的(跟MTV台的播放頻率成正比)，加上當時年紀小，騎車一定要聽隨身聽，前兩年騎腳踏車上下課的時候，邊騎邊唱，還故意唱的很大聲來吸引路人的注意，後來騎機車的時候，躲在全罩安全帽裡面嘶吼，更是可以享受超級立體聲的快感，至於為何獨鍾西洋樂嗎?
那時候騎車聽錄音帶是要翻面的啊，國語專輯的歌曲多半聽個幾次就膩了，西洋歌曲多正點，可以學著唱 ，又可以…呃..很久才翻面，所以西洋歌曲是我的唯一選擇，為甚麼不下載MP3?
喂，那時候冰棒一隻才賣兩毛五啊，哪來的mp3，更何況你以為我會有電腦那種時髦的玩意兒嗎?
還記得買Meat loaf專輯還吃了一些苦頭，那時候唱片行都有賣那種精選的西洋專輯，就說零用錢不多了，當然自以為精打細算，找便宜的下手，小時候根本不會注意『本專輯為重新編曲；重新翻唱』那行錄音帶封面的小小註腳，頂多就是覺得
咦，這聽起來怎麼跟我在MTV台裡面聽到的不太一樣:P
等到我確定重新翻唱代表真的不是原聲時，這張專輯都買了好幾個禮拜了，說不得，只好在買一次。
雖然專輯已經早就不知道去哪裡了，還記得Meat loaf這個團名，以及美女與野獸的MV劇情，剛心血來潮在youtube找到MV的連結，唔，還是跟印象中一樣的華麗搖滾合唱曲風，現在看這個尺度很普通，當時怎麼印象女主角好火辣，記憶果然靠不住，腦子都不腦子了，倒是主唱雖然長得野獸了點，但歌詞至少易懂，咬字至少清楚，上面說得那個叫Michael的………

原來我們的年紀應該算是同個級距的吧
不過我倒沒注意到Fight Club裡面有meatloaf這位老兄 :smile:
以前買不起CD
而且唱片行還是以舊式卡帶為大宗
雖然AB兩面最後總是有著3-5分鐘時間差
但還是聽的好爽
肉塊就是那時買的
真好聽
我想我們的年齡應該差不多吧
